ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STANDARTS OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of the relations and cooperation with international law and the national law of the State. In particular we study particularly the implementation of international law into domestic law of the country, the problems of its regulatory consolidation in the domestic and international legal instruments and practical implementation at a stage of a modern era of globalization and integration of legal and economic spheres of the states.
