SYSTEME OF LEGAL SOURCE OF TURKEY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of sources of law system of the Republic of Turkey as the basis of the legal system of the country. Despite the fact that the Constitution establishes a clear circle and a hierarchy of sources of law, the primacy of international legal acts, there is a parallel regulation of the issue of sources of law and their application by the Civil Code. The author analyzes the place of customs, precedents and doctrine in the modern legal system of Turkey.
