PROBLEMS OF COMPENSATION OF MORAL DAMAGE IN MEDIA LAW

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the reflection of compensation for moral injury requirement in the media legislation of Ukraine and the main directions of the statutes of the regulatory acts correcting in the light of the newest media trends. The author emphasises on the necessity to concretize the legal statutes on compensation for moral injury caused by the impeding legal professional activities of journalists and the development of a complex method for calculating of the amount of compensation in case of violation of personal non-property rights and causing moral (non-property) injury to participants in information relations.
