PROBLEMS OF COMPLETING HOUSING INVESTMENTS IN ECONOMIC CRISIS

Abstract
The article presents problems associated with the completion of housing projects by a medium-sized housing co-operative. Investment activity of a housing cooperative is to ensure its development. An economic crisis, however, would interfere with the sustainable development of a cooperative. Some of the scheduled investments might not be completed, whereas others would require changes. Based on experience with housing investments completed, a procedure has been developed to assist the decision making process for new housing investments. A set of external factors – environmental ones – and internal factors – cooperatives –that should be taken into account in this process has been determined.
