PROBLEMS OF CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL REGULATION OF REGIONAL POLICY IN UKRAINE: EXPERIENCE AND PERSPECTIVES

Abstract
The article analyzes the problems of the legal regulation of regional policy based on the analysis of the norms of the Constitution and other normative legal acts. It stresses the inefficiency of the regional policy implemented by the state, which has negative consequences. The authors emphasize the need for constitutional and legal regulation of the regional issue.
