PROBLEMS OF DECISION MAKING BY THE COMPANY COMMANDER ON THE MODERN BATTLEFIELD

Abstract
This article attempts to analyze the importance of the decision-making process in the context of challenges for leadership under conditions of future operations. It describes possible tasks that the company commander must face in future operations. This paper aims to identify specific environmental factors affecting missions conducted by the com-pany commander on the tactical level. Limitations that might be subject to the company commander during different tasks have been characterized. In addition, the article pre-sents consequences of the decision-making process (the conduct leadership) in the con-text of future operations.
