Problems of differentiation of group breach of public order and seizure of state or public buildings or structures

Abstract
The group breach of public order and seizure of state or public buildings or structures as criminal acts are considered. The researchers’ views of the legal categories relating to differentiation of these crimes are analyzed. The scientific positions on the differences between seizure of state or public buildings or structures and group breach of public order are considered. The author’s conclusion about the formulations of investigated crimes was made.
