Abstract
The analysis of constitutional economic, social and cultural human rights and freedoms that are violated or limited in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine is carried out. The necessity of ensuring the prompt de-occupation and reintegration into Ukraine of such territories is determined, bringing the guilty to justice for violation or inadequate protection of human rights and freedoms in these territories, restoration of law and order and welfare of the population. The protection of violated economic, social and cultural human rights and freedoms is possible through specially authorized public authorities, their officials and other non-governmental organizations, including international organizations, etc.
