SOURCE BASIS FOR MONITORING AND CONTROL OF LABOR LEGISLATION IN UKRAINE (THE ENDING OF 19th – THE BEGINNING OF 21th cent.)

Abstract
The article characterizes the source base for historical and legal models of supervision and control for labor legislation in Ukraine (the ending of 19th the beginning of 21th cent.). There were determined the types of sources. There were analyzed the main sources of the Imperial Period, the UPR of Central Rada, Ukrainian State (the Hetmanate), the UPR of the Directory, the Ukrainian SSR, and Ukraine. The attention is drawn to the expediency of the archival sources using, some of them are first introduced into scientific circulation. The article emphasizes the stages for the process interpreting the sources to clarify theoretical and legal principles of supervision and control.
