LEGAL REGULATION OF THE CONTRACT OF SALE OF PROPERTY RIGHTS: COMPARATIVE LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the comparative legal analysis of property rights under the legislation of the countries of the European Union (in particular, the Czech Republic, Germany). Attention is paid to the legal regulation of the purchase and sale of property rights under the legislation of a number of post-socialist countries (for example, the Russian Federation, Belarus and Kazakhstan) too. The author compares the legislation of foreign countries and Ukraine regarding the legal regulation of the purchase and sale contract of property rights. The article provides definitions of property rights, that are fixed in the corresponding norms of the foreign legislations, as well as legal comparison of the peculiarities of legal regulation of the contract of sale and purchase of property rights abroad is given.
