UNDERSTANDING OF LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE MODERN LEGAL SCIENCE

Abstract
The article presents the analysis of legal consciousness that is interpreted in a very broad sense, because it includes both social and individual, and group level, subjects, and theoretical and practical aspects of individual behavior. Provided that the sense of justice affects other forms of social consciousness and, in turn, is exposed to various spiritual factors, such as ideology, the dominant style of thinking, traditions and the like. The sense of justice is undergoing a significant influence on other forms of social consciousness, especially political consciousness. At the same time, a significant part of the elements of the lawfulness or otherwise included in the legal culture, the system of legal values of a particular society. The conclusion is that the sense of justice it is necessary to consider as applied in its content, practical component rights due to the fact that it is directly related to the creation and functioning of law in society in the process of the special legal activities of entities is implemented in the legal process and characterizes this activity, with its subjective side.
