TYPES OF FUNCTIONS OF LABOR LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the functions of labor law, namely, their types. The author argues that the traditional functions of labor law regulatory, social, as well as protective, industrial and educational in the new conditions of management become new content. It is proposed to distinguish one more function performed by labor law – punitive. It will be directed to the punishment of the relevant participant in labor relations for violating the norms of labor legislation. In particular, it is tired of punishing unscrupulous employers who do not hire workers.
