Problems of exhibition activities in the environmental instability conditions

Abstract
In modern conditions of Ukrainian economy is urgent matter of survival of small businesses. We know that the most important characteristics of the organization – is its relationship with the environment. No organization can exist by itself. They are totally dependent on the outside world. There are many factors that aimed exhibition activity. Some of them, creating favorable conditions for increasing exports of competitive products and services, improvement of technology, investment and loans, provision of scientific, technical and technological renovation of national economy, strengthening of international relations, enhance the international image of the country, development of business tourism in the region Ukraine, increased innovation process and production cooperation. In modern conditions of exhibition business in Ukraine in the Odessa region in particular is experiencing significant difficulties associated primarily with a number of political, economic, social, scientific and technical factors. The article is a demonstration exhibition situation in Ukraine and in the Odessa region in particular and characterization of environmental factors that affect the exhibition companies. All environmental factors are affecting the company, but today, in my opinion, is primarily political factor. It is important for exhibiting for enterprise partners, suppliers, potential participants of the exhibition foundations do not consider promising to cooperate with the organization of the country, where the day is unknown. Business tends to prospects of development and investment. Right by the political factor is economic, because the situation with credit – monetary and fiscal policies, inflation, GNP, currency exchange have a negatively affect of the situation in companies. Also important for exhibiting plays a social factor, personnel policy. That lack of specialists engaged in organizing exhibitions hinders the development of small enterprises. Scientific and technological factors shows that continuous technical progress enables updates exhibition pilgrimages innovative equipment, but because of the influence of the factors listed above are not attainable for most businesses specializing in exhibition and fair activities.
