PROBLEMS OF FIGHTING CORRUPTION IN BORDER SECTOR IN UKRAINE IN CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract
The article investigates theoretical principles of the public administration legal and organizational activities in Ukraine as for combating corruption in the border sphere. A combat corruption activity in the border sphere is discovered through the prism of national security of Ukraine. The legal basis for combating corruption system analysis in the border sphere of Ukraine has allowed formulating a number of suggestions to improve the regulations of administrative law, to identify the ways of optimization the activities of the relevant authorized subjects.
