Problems of financial provision of ecological safety in Ukraine

Abstract
The paper investigates basic sources of forming of financial resources on environmental protection and their use. The analysis of volume and structure of environmental protection charges is done. Suggestions at the improvement of the financial securing of environmental protection by the increase of volumes of financing, perfection of their structure and the system of forming and use are formulated.
