PROBLEMS OF FINANCING OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of the domestic and foreign experience of financing higher education. The main components of the financing model in the framework of the reform of higher education in the conditions of improvement of the state financing mechanism of higher education are determined. The probable conditions and positive consequences of implementation of their implementation in Ukraine are outlined.
