DETERMINATION OF CONCEPTUAL DIRECTIONS OF SECTORAL CONVERGENCE OF EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM AND BUSINESS STRUCTURES

Abstract
The article considers the urgency and features of the implementation of sectoral convergence of the educational sphere and business structures. An analysis of the education system and the need to take into account the requirements of production structures for the competence of graduates is underway. According to the results of the analysis, the main conditions for the convergence of the potentials of the participants in these processes are presented. It is proposed to create an integrated structure of scientific organizations and enterprises for the training of specialists who will meet professional standards taking into account the specifics of sectoral requirements.
