ЗАЛУЧЕННЯ КІНОЛОГІЧНИХ КОМАНД ТА СКАНУЮЧИХ СИСТЕМ ДО ПРОЦЕДУР МИТНОГО КОНТРОЛЮ ДЛЯ ПОПЕРЕДЖЕННЯ РИЗИКІВ МИТНОГО ПРОСТОРУ КРАЇН

Abstract
У статті аргументовано необхідність використання спеціальних і технічних засобів митного контролю та залучення кінологічних команд для зменшення ризиків, що виникають при незаконному переміщенні товарів. Проведено оцінку залучення кінологічних команд митниць України до виявлення контрабанди товарів та проаналізовано основні результати їхньої роботи. Розглянуто вимоги до кінологічних команд. Особлива увага приділена основним заходам ДФС України, які спрямовані на підвищення ефективності роботи кінологічних команд. Обґрунтовано важливість залучення до митного контролю як кінологічних команд, так і використання скануючих систем.
