Problems of human rights protection during the conduct of secret investigative (search) actions in the activities of the investigator and the operational divisions

Abstract
The article is devoted to a range of problems that arise in the activities of investigative and operational units during the conduct of secret investigative (search) actions. The criminal procedural legislation was analyzed, deficiencies in the legislative regulation of their conduct were identified and proposals for improving the criminal procedural legislation in this sphere were developed.
