Theoretical Aspects of Research Development and Protection of National Values of Ukraine

Abstract
The social environment, personal needs, cultural and historical traditions, in combination largely determine the attitudes of the person, its valuable orientations, since this position determines a particular orientation in the environment, the attitude of the people, the socio-political system, the installation of the willingness to perform certain actions in a certain way to emotions and the like. Given this formation of the individual particular ideology, exploration of diverse knowledge, acquiring social and professional skills with the aim of bringing to the active work and social-political activities and the harmonious development of interpersonal relations in the context of ensuring the safety of the individual and society is an urgent task. Therefore, the formation of active life position of a personality aimed at the protection and development of national values which is the basis for the formation of national interests, must be a strategic priority for public authorities. Unfortunately, our analysis suggests that to accomplish this task in Ukraine, the state authorities do not pay enough attention. As a consequence, instead of a thorough public discussion, research of conditions of formation of national values of Ukraine and practical aspects of their further development and protection for a long time scientists rather unsuccessfully focused on the formation of the concept of the national idea, for some reason, not taking into account that the essence of the mentioned ideas is the practical aspects of development and protection of national values, media, Internet and the like, offered unpretentious talk-shows and political discussion “independent” political analysts and experts around the “fried” facts. It got to the point that even at the legislative level has been identification of the concepts of “national values” and “national interests”[3].
