PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIC PLANNING AND PROGNOSIS OF ENTERPRISE ACTIVITY IN THE HOTEL BUSINESS

Abstract
In today's economic conditions, the success of an enterprise in a competitive struggle in a greater degree depends on the level of strategic planning and forecasting of its entrepreneurial activity. In the article the features of strategic planning and forecasting of entrepreneurial activity are investigated. The list of problems of strategic planning and forecasting of business activity in the hotel business in the regions of Ukraine is determined: the inconsistency of the forecast background, the dependence on the human factor and the level of qualification of the hotel staff, the lack of unified and reliable statistical information, and others.
