SCIENTIFIC GROWTH OF FACTORS INFLUENCES ON LABOR POTENTIAL

Abstract
The article is devoted to scientific substantiation and determination of factors influencing the state and development of Ukraine’s labor potential in order to implement an innovative development strategy of the country. The necessity of statistical study of the key factors of influence on the number of Ukraine’s labor potential and its structure is proved. The factors of influence on exogenous and endogenous are divided. The factors relating to exogenous and endogenous are singled out. Measures to increase the efficiency of employment of Ukraine’s labor potential are outlined.
