FACTORS OF CONTRIBUTING TO DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL BUSINESS IN THE REGION

Abstract
The article examines the role and place of small business in the regional economy, which contributes to the economic development of both the regions and the country as a whole, the expansion of the employment of the able-bodied population, the formation of the middle class, the well-being of citizens, and the realization of the existing economic potential of the region. The theoretical aspects concerning the factors of containment of small business development in Ukraine are considered. On the basis of the use of the comparative method, the concept of small business enterprise, enterprise development, factors of influence; the stages of the life cycle of a small enterprise are defined, the grouping of the factors of influence is proposed.
