PROBLEMS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OF MATERIAL TEMPORAL NORMS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the work the Ukrainian practice of judicial application of the norms of substantive law determining the duration of the subjective right of a person is analyzed. Numerous cases of incorrect interpretation by law enforcement agencies of certain temporal norms of law are pointed out. The practice concerning the validity of judicial verdicts has been examined in detail, the illegality of judicial enforcement of legal acts that are contrary to the law or those that are not valid to relations that are regulated is underlined. Concrete proposals are given on bringing the state of domestic proceedings to the European level.
