PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION SAFETY OF AUTONOMOUS SHIPPING PAGE

Abstract
The article describes some modern problems of legal regulation of ensuring the safety of navigation on autonomous vessels and possible ways of its deciding. Author notes that the legal support for this innovative type of shipping now is in the stage of formation and development of relevant legal norms at the level of international organizations, classification societies and national regulators. The modern fleet will long need the work of highly qualified specialists, which will be difficult to replace to the artificial mind.
