PROBLEMS OF LEGAL SUPPORT OF THE STATE SANCTION REGULATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract
Problem setting. In the context of fierce competition in the geopolitical space, competition in the world economy and economic systems is deepening, which causes competition among national legal systems. In such circumstances, there is an acute problem of the impact of economic sanctions, which become a mechanism of foreign policy of a number of countries, and the legal regulation of counteraction to them Analysis of recent researches and publications. The issue of regulation of economic activity dedicated to the works of A. A. Kolesnikov, O.V. Serhiyko, A. F. Safronova, etc. The problematic aspects of self-regulation of economic activity researched by the following scientists: O. O. Bakalinskiy, O. A. Belyanevych, V. I. Polyukhovich O. V., Cologoidy , V. I Polyukhovich., V. S. Shcherbina, etc. Article’s main body. Economic sanctions become one of the "levers" of pressure on a country of geopolitical interest or a competitor in order to achieve its goals. Without applying military intervention, the policy of sanctions carried out weakens the national economy, reduces the level of welfare of the population, causes unemployment, social tension, etc. The article deals with the problems of methodological support and the formation of instruments of state regulation of economic activity in Ukraine during the period of economic sanctions. At present, there is no clear methodological basis for the systematization of funds that are inherent in the appropriate methods of management impact on economic activities during the period of economic sanctions, and the method of their application with predictable effectiveness for the development of the socio-economic system of the country. Significant impact on the economic and legal policy of Ukraine and its regulatory support is carried out by the integration processes taking place recently in the world. This is a similar feature in the regulation of economic activity in Ukraine and in foreign countries. Conclusions and prospects for the development. However, state regulation of economic activity should be carried out with clearly defined national priorities; objectives of countering the impact of external negative economic factors, minimizing the losses caused by them; active use of participation in the global division of labor to create favorable conditions for economic development; ensuring compliance of foreign economic activity with national economic interests. Currently, there is an urgent need for a clear formulation of the methodological basis for the systematization of tools that are inherent in the appropriate methods of management impact on economic activity in the sanctions period, the definition of methods of their application with predictable effectiveness for the development of the socio-economic system of the country.
