PROBLEMS OF LEGISLATIVE SECURITY AND GENETIC IDENTIFICATION OF SOLDIERS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
It was carried out the analysis of the international experience of the DNA identification usage. We consider the prospects of legislative solutions to problems of genetic identification of military per- sonnel (persons liable for military service) and recruits. In this regard, it was emphasized on the need to adopt the Law of Ukraine «On genome (genetic) State register in Ukraine».
