THE ISSUE OF EUTHANASIA IN UKRAINE

This article discusses the main issues related to euthanasia both in Ukraine and in the world. Analyzed and classified approaches global criminal - legal practices relevant to euthanasia. Considered euthanasia species that produce doctors. And outlined the basic arguments of opponents and supporters euthanasia.
