Problems of staff turnover and evaluation of the revenue shortfall level

Abstract

In the article the priority directions of personnel development of the enterprise were studied, the place and role of effective personnel development policy in ensuring long-term business success and competitiveness was determined. Disadvantages of the existing personnel development system of domestic enterprises were analysed. It was determined that a high turnover of personnel at the enterprise leads to a revenue shortfall. The directions of estimation of costs connected with staff turnover were given.
