PROBLEMS OF THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY MEASURES’ IMPLEMENTATION AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE THROUGH BANKING LOANS

Abstract
The article deals with the basics of energy efficient measures and implementation of key adverse factors in industrial enterprises of Ukraine. Research is devoted to the solution of the problem of irrational and inefficient use of energy resources in industry sector. Unfortunately, the current providing of financial control cannot fully cope with this task. Despite the strengthening of certain phases of financial control, the number of energy problem irregularities annually increases. So, the existing system of public financial control and the mechanism of state regulation of energy requires a qualitatively new and efficient form which will be able to evaluate the current situation in the industry sector, identify gaps in the work, analyze the causes of these problems, suggest ways of eliminating them in future. The role of financial and credit support energy efficiency and management problems due to the instability of the banking system, problems of general character mismatch action in terms of methodology and technology enterprises. The attention investigates and analyzes the on an program of action and the creation of infrastructure elements, information and counseling centers in industrial enterprises as an important argument for effective management of credit and further being competitive in the market. Taking this into consideration there is a direct need to implement new tools of control over the effective and legitimate management of energy funds. Such directions are financial control and energy audit.
