Abstract
The article dedicated to determination of the features the rights and freedoms of IDPs by prosecutors in civil proceedings. One defined the regulatory framework for the solution of the problems related to protection of the rights and freedoms of the internally displaced persons. One considered the problems of the implementation prosecution representative function in the protection of rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons in civil proceedings.
