Проблемы реализации этики государственных (муниципальных) служащих и кодификации ее принципов

Abstract
В статье рассмотрены вопросы несовершенства реализации этики государственных (муниципальных) служащих и кодификации ее принципов. Рассматривая специальные кодексы этики государственных (муниципальных) служащих, отмечается, что они не отражают особых требованиий к служебному поведению. Проблемы реализации этики в государственной (муниципальной) сфере связаны с общественным кризисом морали, отчуждением представителей власти и органов местного самоуправления от народа.
