Abstract
This article examines the state of the interaction between the system of higher education and the labor market in the Kyrgyz Republic. The specifics of the formation of the National Qualifications Framework (NSC) in the Kyrgyz Republic, and the resulting problems in the aftermath of the restructuring of the higher education system with the introduction of certain requirements to professional standards.
