PROCEDURAL FEATURES OF RENEWAL OF CIVIL CAPABILITY

Abstract
This article is devoted to the legal features of the procedure of separate proceedings in civil proceedings – renewal of civil capability. The changes to the civil procedural legislation in this area, the past version of the law, as well as the practice of domestic courts with the practice of the European Court of Human Rights have been analyzed. The shortcomings of the national legislation are identified and the ways of their solution are determined. \
