Procedure of denunciation of international treaties by the legislation of Ukraine: problems and ways of improving

Abstract
The article deals the nuances of denunciation of international treaties by the legislation of Ukraine. Major acts of legislation concerning given question were analyzed and existing problems were identified and ways of improving were proposed to be taken into account.
