Procedure of the parliamentary committees’ formation

Abstract
The author examines the procedure of the parliamentary committees’ formation in Ukraine. The article focuses on the relationship between the composition of the committee and the political system inherent in the state; the need of legal regulation of the parliamentary opposition’s status as a necessary participant in the formation of working bodies and an important counteraction to the concentration of power in a unified political force. The composition of committees in the parliament of the 8-th convocation is analyzed.
