Proceedings in disputes of customs rules: statistical analysis

Abstract
Statistical information on the dynamics of proceedings in cases of violation of customs rules in Ukraine during 2013–2017 years is systematized. The dynamics of the number of protocols on violation of customs rules was analyzed. It is established that as a result of the socio-political crisis in Ukraine, which began in 2014, there was a gradual increase in the number of violations of customs rules, which led to a corresponding increase in the number of protocols. The tendencies concerning the number of complaints filed against the decisions of the customs authorities and the level of cancellation of such resolutions are determined: during 2014–2016. there was a passive dynamics of growth in the number of complaints lodged against customs regulations, which in 2017 went into the active phase. An annual reduction in the number of positive decisions taken on complaints lodged against customs orders has been established. The intensity and efficiency of application of the institute of compromise in cases of violation of customs rules is highlighted. An assessment of the number of resolutions on conducting additional verification as a result of the decision on the case of violation of customs rules.
