Abstract
Розглянуто питання застосування процесного підходу при управлінні капіталом підприємств торгівлі, який дозволяє врахувати циклічність і взаємодію керуючих процесів: формування, використання, відтворення капіталу. Такий підхід дозволяє всебічно обґрунтувати процес управління капіталом і є важливим інструментом конкурентної боротьби між суб’єктами господарювання.
