PROCESSES OF CORPORATIZATION IN MODERN CONDITIONS AND ITS GENESIS

Abstract

Introduction. Corporation is a specific form of organization of activity which constrains the use of certain types of organizational structures. Different conceptual understanding of the term “corporation” is connected with a variety of theoretical and methodological approaches of the authors investigating this problem. Methods. Fundamental provisions of modern economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, normative and legislative acts of Ukraine concerning establishment of the corporate sector are the theoretical and methodological basis of the research. The following methods are applied during the research: analysis and synthesis – to study the object and subject of the study; abstract and logical (theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions); constructive and experimental (improvement of the management system by the corporations). Methods of systems analysis and logical generalizations, synergistic approach are used in the analysis of the essence and economic content of categories “corporation”. Results. Scientific novelty lies in the development of theoretical propositions and developing of the conceptual approach regarding the theoretical comprehension understanding of the term “corporation” as an organizational form, the essence of which reflects the goals, tasks and structure of the association of the corporate relations participants and corporate management as a means of ensuring consideration and investor protection. Discussion. It is shown that corporate development requires an understanding of its role, its importance by all sectors of developing economies. With the increased number of business contacts corporations improve the quality requirements of its internal and external communications, their level of rationality, technical and technological support of the interaction between the components of corporation among themselves and with entities external environment competitiveness management corporation can only be effective if it is implemented taking into account the interests of and market institutions that have entered into a relationship with the corporation.
