Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of criminal procedural terms that a reused in carrying out proceeding sunder newly discovered circum stances. The article analyzes the terms established in the proceeding sunder the newly-announced circum stances according to different criteria. It is proposed to make changes and to define a reasonable time, as the term for realization of the right to review a court decision under newly discovered circum stances.
