PROCESSUAL FORM IN ADMINISTRATIVE JUDICIAL PROBLEMS AND PROBLEMS OF LEGALITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article identifies the stages of the historical development of scientific thought regarding the procedural form in administrative legal proceedings, emphasizes the fact that the concept of «procedural form» does not yet have a clear content in the legal science, and the formulations proposed in the special literature substitute the content of other legal phenomena. Proposed author’s definition of the category «procedural form» in the modern doctrine of administrative law and process.
