PROCURIOUS OBSERVATION FOR THE USE OF OPERATIONAL-SOURCING ACTIVITY MATERIALS FOR CONDUCTING SUCCESSFUL (SUCCESSFUL) ACTION AT THE TIME OF THE EXAMINATION OF CRIME IN THE FIELD OF BANKING LENDING

Abstract
The features of prosecutorial supervision over the use of materials operatively-search activity for investigation (search) actions in the processes of crimes in the area of bank lending. It is shown that the prosecutor implementing powers conferred on him during the pre-trial investigation of crimes in the area of bank lending, must assess not only the legality of the investigator procedural decisions, but also the validity of the need for the appropriate criminal investigative (search) action, including behind the scenes.
