Abstract

through Component analysis to kind of duck weeds, 3 High star chvarities were screened out: spirodela oligorrhiza S3, S1 then Spirodela Polyrhiza V7, the corresponding starch contents was 47.86%, 41.45% and 39.69%. according to the structural characteristic of duck weed, hydrolysis Efficiency of of Enzymatic hydrolysis and different concent rations of acid Hydrolysis, was compared, then, hydrolysis technology was confirmed when the Boiling water Bath for 2 Hand acid concentration was 4mol/L, The hydrolysis efficiency reached 93.52%. through studying on Ethanol fermentation found off the reason that hydrolyte of duck weed Couldn ' t be fermented normally and fermentation Efficiency of, Ethanol reached 91.83% when using water extracts to hydrolyte.
