PRODUCTION OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT BY “JUST-IN-TIME” PRINCIPLE

Abstract
In the article the necessity of rapid response in the system of operational management to the external environment changes of enterprises was investigated to reduce the risk of making managerial production decisions. The essence of operational management as a mechanism of adaptation of production to market demand changes in the current period for the small business producing fruit syrups is determined. Recommendations on the system of operational management of the methods called the Alignment of manufacturing for the adaptation of production to seasonal demand are developed.
