Production process of fermented feed and its application in pig production

Abstract

In recent years, as China has been advocating no anti-feed breed, fermented feed gradually becomes major study object in feed industry. More and more companies and researchers involve in the development and application of fermented feed.After the microbial fermentation of feed ingredients, the digestion characteristics of the feed can be improved, the nutrient content can be improved, and the harmful components contained in some raw materials can be degraded.Fermented feed contains a wide variety kinds of probiotics and metabolites, which can provide the acidic environment for the gastrointestinal tract of animal, adjust the balance of the intestinal flora, increase the immunity of the intestinal mucosal immune system, promote the intestinal health, and then enhance the growth performance of animal, Therefore, more and more aquaculture companies are beginning to use fermented feed.. This article mainly summarized the production technological of fermented feed, as well as the application of pig production. The present reviews can provide new ideas and methods for the related fields.
