Production quality management in the system of competitiveness formation factors

Abstract
Some main results of investigation of processing and food enterprises products quality level en-hancing necessity with the purpose of its safety needed level as well as of accordable competitiveness supplying on the internal and external markets on the base of method of HACCP introduction in those enterprises as the base of products quality management system creation on the over the whole length of its production chain from row materials production to final consumption are presented in this article. The main principles and stages of appointed method into enterprises introduction are showed as well
