PRODUCTIVE AGEING: DIALOGUE AS A TOOL FOR NEGOTIATING THE STACKEHOLDERS’ INTERESTS

Abstract
The aim of the article is elaboration of the tool for information exchange between the stakeholders of productive ageing – state, business and citizens.The necessity of the dialogue between the stakeholders is argumented for adapting to the implications of the ageing population. The first stage of the dialogue on productive ageing is proved to be an information bulletin, which reflects the relationships and intentions of the stakeholders. The structure of the bulletin is proposed and the choice of indicators is grounded.
