Evaluate the influence of the performance of employees of scientific organizations on the activity results of agriculture, industry, construction, trade, transport and finance spheres is examined. The study determined the power relations impact factor value (productivity of research activity) on performance indicators (volume of industrial products, value of fixed assets in construction and transport, agricultural products, retail trade turnover, exports of goods and services, net assets of the banking system) using the coefficient of elasticity. It is proven that the impact of scientific activities is significant on the effectiveness of management, in high economic activities in areas with high innovation intensity and significant growth; it is insignificant in the traditional lowtech sectors. The features of the impact of innovative changes in the production process on the labor movement are examined, in particular, it is noted that the introduction of innovative processes causes a reduction in total employment and the use of an innovative product affects primarily the working process. The basic directions of scientific activity increasing productivity in the country, grouped in three main blocks, are: production of knowledge (improving the quality of scientific research in strategically important sectors, increased competition in the innovation sector, capital-labor ratio improving scientific organizations, protection of intellectual property); productivity of knowledge (innovation accelerated development of infrastructure, expansion of international cooperation in the field of innovation, science and business cooperation, stimulation of national demand for domestic innovation); ensuring reproduction of research capacity (increasing labor costs of researchers, fixed assets, introduction of advanced forms of work organization).
