Проектування інформаційно-освітнього середовища опорних закладів освіти в підручнику для керівника

Abstract
★У статті актуалізовано проблему проектування інформаційно-освітнього середовища опорних закладів освіти як завдання управлінської діяльності керівника, розкрито сутність, структуру, змістове наповнення та специфіку феномену інформаційно-освітнього середовища, його проектування в опорних закладах освіти на сучасному етапі розвитку інформаційного суспільства. Висвітлено концептуальні підходи до проектування інформаційно-освітнього середовища опорних закладів освіти та переваги запровадження управлінських інформаційних систем, ІТ, програмного забезпечення, безкоштовних соціальних інструментів для освіти.★В статье актуализирована проблема проектирования информационно-образовательной среды опорных заведений образования как задача управленческой деятельности руководителя; раскрыта сущность, структура, смысловое наполнение и специфика феномена информационно-образовательной среды, ее проектирования в опорных за- ведениях образования на современном этапе развития информационного общества. Отражены концептуальные подходы к проектированию информационно-образовательной среды опорных заведений образования, преимущества использования управленческих информационных систем, информационных технологий, программного обеспечения, бесплатных социальных инструментов для образования.★Decentralization of management and the establishment of base schools require changes, new approaches to management and the environment they operate in, and where the development of the applicants of education, subjects of the educational process and managers takes place. The current stage of the development of the information society actualizes the problem of designing information and educational environment of the base institutions and the important task of the managerial activity of a manager. The article presents the functional capabilities, complexity of the problems being solved and the scope of application of management information systems, specialized computer learning management systems (LMS-systems — Learning Management Systems), educational content management systems (LCMS-systems — Learning Content Management Systems) from positions of their embedding in the informational and educational environment of a base educational institution and the educational space of the subjects of education, their influence on the development processes. The essence, structure, content and specificity of the phenomenon of the informational and educational environment, its designing in the basic educational institutions are revealed. recommendations to the managers that can be applied during the modernization of the management system of the base educational institution are given. Complex solving of the problem of designing the information and educational environment involves the creation of a unified information system of the base educational institution and its network of branches through the formation of corporate IT infrastructure, the use of modern digital equipment, management information systems, IT, free social tools for education, computer technology and software with the further integration of various information systems to the overall set of interrelated software products and technology decisions and building a system of its development management.★
