Професійні стандарти в морській галузі: історичний розвиток правового регулювання та сучасне оновлення

Abstract
Статтю присвячено дослідженню історії становлення професійних стандартів для моряків, а також наступного їх закріплення у національному законодавстві держав та міжнародних угодах. Відзначається роль Міжнародної організації праці та Міжнародної морської організації у формуванні системи таких стандартів. Звертається особлива увага на необхідність приєднання України до Конвенції Міжнародної організації праці 2006 року про працю в морському судноплавстві, оскільки це забезпечить українським морякам давно очікуваний та підтриманий найбільшими морськими державами звід стандартів умов життя та праці на суднах.
